My nonprofit is looking for a list/reminder service that will let us back-up or download our reminders and lists so they never get lost - e.g. if someone hacks us, or if the provider has a bug.

I see RTM backs up in real time. And from my above searches, that we could use iCalendar. But that seems like it's only for lists and not reminders. Is that true? And is there a way to backup reminders too?

I've checked, and the backup of RTM is complete - including Due dates and reminders, however, I should clarify that the backup is "just" a backup of all your tasks and reminders stored in Remember The Milk, I wouldn't use it to backup your existing calendar.

So I suppose it depends a little bit on what you need. What is it exactly that you're trying to backup?
