"due never" doesn't work in quick add?

When I type "due never" into quick add on the gmail extension sidebar, it doesn't register to make the deadline "never," it leaves it in the text of the task. Is there a way to get a "never" due date just typing in the quick add field?

Sorry that doesn't work currently; I've added that to our list to investigate.

In the meantime, you may need to set the due date to 'never' separately from adding the task. Hope that helps!
